How do I receive a digital download purchase? 
You will receive your PDF pattern file almost instantaneously upon purchase. A downloadable link will be sent to your email address.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Unfortunately, no. Due to complications with international regulations and taxes, products ship within the United States only. I apologize for any inconvenience. 

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Complimentary shipping is offered on all purchases within the U.S.

How fast do you ship?
Physical products are processed, packaged, and shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email update upon shipment. 

How long will it take to receive my package? 
Your order should typically arrive between 3-7 business days; however, there may be unforeseen delays due to postal service issues, weather, etc. After an item has shipped, I'm sorry to have no control over its dispatch and/or delivery.
